This game was introduced at the Michigan Astrobug's "Astro-Bash!" Which took place at he Green Oaks Township Hall near Brighton, MI.
It is a Centipede Arcade Style game and was produced by cannibalizing other game casings. There are even reports of labels being applied directly over the original game's stickers.
