Return Policy – 30-Day Defect Guarantee

At The Video Game Cavern, we strive to make every purchase as easy as it is nostalgic, so even though all sales are final, we want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day defect guarantee on most items.

If your item is defective, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt for an exchange of the same item or store credit.

-The original receipt is required for all returns.
-Some items may be excluded; exclusions will be noted at the time of purchase.
-This policy does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
